You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kedley.co.za within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refund requests after this period.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returned items must be in a sellable condition. If the returned goods are not in sellable condition, your refund may be forfeited. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
