KEDLEY Hot/Cold Gel Pack offers natural pain relief without medication. Chill it in the fridge or freezer to reduce swelling and inflammation, or heat it in the microwave to soothe arthritis and muscle stiffness. Each pack comes with a protective pouch for convenient application and is designed to maintain temperature for 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on usage.

WASHING & STORAGE
Hand wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and air dry. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight.

WARNINGS
For external use only. Do not place the gel pack directly onto the skin. Use only under adult supervision. For serious / reoccurring injuries or if a rash / discomfort develops, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advise. This product contains latex which may cause allergic reactions.
